Thank you for your letter of 22 May 1992. Answers to the questions raised in paragraph 2 of your letter are as follows :

The Judiciary is in the process of drawing up a set of Judicial Service Regulations to replace the Civil Service Regulations. In the meantime, the Civil Service Regulations, except those specifically stating that they not applicable, apply to Judicial Officers. the Permanent Establishment, which was issued by the Registrar, Supreme Court after he reached agreement with the Director of Audit on the minimum number of years of service before retirement of an agreement officer who wished to transfer to permanent terms.
