3. In calculating the lump sum compensation payable to an officer who is a Judge there shall be substituted for the factor ascertained from Table B a factor ascertained in like manner from such Table as may be prescribed by the High Commissioner in Council by Order published in the Gazette to be the Table of factors for Judges for the purposes of this Schedule.
