refer to my letter of 13 October concerning the for application for HMOCS membership and for effecting transfer to p.e.
We
have given further thoughts on the subject and considered it more logical and tidy LO have the same deadline for officers to apply for HMOCS membership and to effect their transfer to p.e. Both your suggestion of 1.10.92 and my suggestion of 13.10.92 put the deadline for application for HMOCS membership ahead of that for effecting the transfer to p.e.
We hope that you Can consider a deadline of six months, from the date of your announcement, for application for HMOCS membership and for eftecting transfer to p.e.
I should be grateful for your early decision on the matter SO that officers concerned can be informed accordingly.
