Assumes
all HMOCS members retire at 55. Please note that in our previous returns we used different retirement age for Judicial Officers (65), Administrative Officers (57), Police (55), others (60). Some officers will of course retire at age 50 or between 50 and 54 if on the Old Pension Scheme but it is not possible to make an estimate. Early retirement from 45 to 50 can be permitted exceptionally on adequate personal or compassionate grounds.
