HONG KONG PENSIONS

In connection with further work we are doing on HMOCS and related issues, I should be grateful if you could let me know if there is any right on behalf of a Hong Kong pensioner to have his/her pension paid anywhere other than in Hong Kong.
2.
We have not been able to find any evidence of this in Hong Kong pensions legislation. However, we suspect that there may be administrative provisions which allow a pensioner to have his pension paid:-
(a) anywhere;
(b) anywhere where he might be resident; or
(c) anywhere whence he might have been recruited.
Even if there are no particular provisions, it would be helpful to know if there is a practice of which we are not aware, which allows for pensions to be paid outside Hong Kong.
