Clearly a firm cost figure for such further work could not be given until a more precise specification of requirements is available, and it is perhaps unlikely that Hong Kong would have a need for the full range of items mentioned. However, as an indication of the cost of this further work, the fee will likely be in the range from £4,000 to £7,000.
Project Manager
If it is acceptable to the Hong Kong Government, we would propose that Roy Foster in GAD should be the project manager for any up-to-date assessment requested. As Roy Foster was responsible for the previous work for Hong Kong, he is already familiar with the work required, and we would anticipate that he would report directly to the Hong Kong government on this task.
We shall be happy to provide further information, if required, or to correspond directly with Hong Kong, if that would expedite matters.
