You will recall that during discussions with Team on Monday, 11th May 1992, I raised the question of the entitlement of Hong Kong HMOCS officers to be considered for posts in other dependent territories. Nigel Cox undertook to look into this matter and respond as soon as possible.
I should be grateful if you can ascertain from the FCO the current position on this matter. It is of concern to Members OE our Association and we hope that a positive response will be forthcoming in the near future.
