(ii)
the issue by the Successor Trustee in the manner provided in
sub-clause (f) of this Clause of a certificate to the effect that
in the opinion of the Successor Trustee the proclamation,
existence or occurrence in Hong Kong and/or the Plan's
domicile of a state of emergency riot affray civil commotion
armed uprising coup d'etat or other form of disorder which
materially interferes with the administration of the Plan;
(iii)
the declaration or existence of a state of war in consequence
whereof the citizens or nationals or residents of or
corporations organized under the laws of Hong Kong and/or
the Plan's domicile are deemed to be enemy aliens of the
United States of America or the United Kingdom; or
(iv)
the invasion of Hong Kong and/or the Plan's domicile by
hostile military forces.
A certificate issued by the Successor Trustee for the purposes of sub-
clause (e) of this Clause shall be effective if made in writing and
signed at the time of the event or circumstance in respect to which it
is issued or any time thereafter by two directors of the Successor
Trustee and shall be regarded as conclusive for all purposes.
(g)
Upon the occurrence of any such event or circumstance as is specified
in sub-clause (e) of this Clause :-
(i)
the Present Trustee shall thereupon cease to be the Trustee of
the Plan and to act as the Trustee hereof and shall thereby be
