(aa) the restriction, suspension or abrogation in whole or in
part of this Deed or of any contract in relation to the
Plan to which the Present Trustee is a party;
(bb) the restriction of the investment distribution
repatriation or remittance from Hong Kong and/or the
Plan's domicile of any part or parts of the Fund (and
income thereof);
(cc)
the acquisition, expropriation or confiscation of any of
the assets comprising the Fund;
(dd) the compulsory conversion of any of the assets
comprising the Fund (or such part thereof as shall not
consist of the currency or securities in the currency of
the jurisdiction) into the currency or securities in the
currency of the jurisdiction where the principal
administration of the Plan is located;
(ce)
(fr)
the compulsory sale or other disposition of the assets
comprising the Fund or any part thereof; or
the withdrawal or restriction without the consent of the
Present Trustee of any exemption or relief presently
granted or agreed to be granted in relation to the trusts
hereby declared by the fiscal authorities of Hong Kong
and/or the Plan's domicile, or the happening of any act
or thing whereby the same shall cease to be effective;
