In the Government Actuary's view, it should be relatively easy for the HKG to look into these questions. As you know, our useful discussion with Barings suggested that it should
be possible to identify institutions which would be interested in working with the HKG to provide a scheme which would address the HK civil servants' concerns.
I look forward to hearing your views on the report, and how the HKG progress to follow up its findings.
