HK COMPENSATION SCHEME: MISCELLANEOUS POINTS
Please refer to my FAX of 27 Ápril. I am now able to let you have three tables which show some of the early retirement benefits available under the PCSPS, I have chosen categories A, C and D described in my FAX, as these seem to be more relevant to the "comparison" exercise than the others. You will see that I have used the UK Grades 63 and G5 tō SEO with the ages 55, 50, 45, 40, 35 and 30, as appropriate. This should enable you to compare the benefits payable to UK civil servants under the PCSPS with those which would be payable to the equivalent HK grades under the proposed Incentive Scheme.
