Q1 What happens to my money if I get dismissed from SARG: "justified" grounds or "unjustified"?

Al Money has already been earned. Will not be taken away. Cannot comment on unjustified dismissal: safeguards will still be there (PSC etc).

Q2

Normal retirement age is 60 (under new scheme). But AOS (currently) forced to retire at 57. Would I get compensation as if I had stayed up to 60?

A2 No, only for service rendered.

Q3 What compensation would I get if I am superceded post-1997 and decide to retire early as allowed in limited compensation scheme?

A3

Your choice. No compensation for period not served.

Q4 Will compensation keep pace with promotions post 1997?

A4 Yes, but at 1992 salary levels for the grade you are then in, updated my movement in UK RPI ??

Q5 If I am superceded and stay on will I get compensation at higher rank level?

A5

No.
