(b) give the Treasury a written authorisation to
obtain from the Inland Revenue Department the amounts of tax paid on his contract gratuities and the respective dates of payment; and
(c) sign the attached election form if he chooses
to repay by monthly instalments, and
(d) attach a cheque made payable to the Hong Kong
Government if he chooses to repay by the method in paragraph 3(a) or 3(c) above. (Where a che que is received after normal banking hours, the immediately following working day shall be regarded as the date of payment on account.)
