Q1 What happens to my money if I get dismissed from SARG: "justified" grounds or "unjustified"?

Money has already been earned. Will not be taken away. Cannot comment on unjustified dismissal: safeguards will still be there (PSC etc). Public Service Commission

Q3 Polic officers may/must retire at 55 under NPS but get enhanced pension. Assume HMG will use the retirement at 60 actuarial tables to calculate compensation? Assume HMG will recognise that police officers can/must retire at 55 for purpose of calculating the phasing period?
