No. 6/85 and my memorandum (38)
Service Branch Circular in AP 241/44-C(88)II of
8 March 1989 which announced the extension of the deadline for applications for transfer to the permanent establishment from 31 March 1989 to 31 March 1990.
2.
It has now been decided that the deadline should be further extended by a year to 31 March 1991. Applications will continue to be processed as soon as possible after receipt.
3-
I should be grateful if you would bring this decision to the attention of all overseas agreement officers in your department.
