I enclose a letter to me from Richard Margolis of Smith New Court.
Though dated 15 March and sent by fax, the letter arrived here on
20 March. Margolis's letter is an extraordinary piece of special pleading, doubtless prompted and informed by HKG. I plan to reply
in terms of the draft below.
