Article 5.26 of the Constitution requires that ballot papers be returned to the Secretary in sealed envelopes not later than 30 minutes before the commencement of the General Meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Thursday 26 March 1992. It would greatly assist the scrutineers if ballot papers could, in fact, be submitted as soon as possible. Envelopes should be marked HMOCS BALLOT PAPER and addressed to

The Secretary,

The Association of Members of Her Majesty's

Overseas Civil Service in Hong Kong,

Room G 12,

Central Government Offices,

East Wing,

Lower Albert Road,
