1. The Treasury are continuing to examine our options paper and have now asked to see all the Annexes. We need to ensure that the Annexes are factually correct. We have also had to include a new Annex D2 to describe traditional arrangements funded by HMG and also to clarify Annex D1 to make it clear that this envisages the SARG paying for the traditional arrangements. I am attaching both Annexes C and D and should be grateful for your confirmation that they are factually correct.

2. Since we want to keep this moving and since these Annexes should have already been prepared-we would like to be able to send them to the Treasury tomorrow morning.
