2. Central and Wanchai Reclamation - Phase
I - reclamation of about 20 ha and construction of around 1,110 metres of seawall between Rumsey Street and Star Ferry to provide land for the expansion of the Central Business Area and the Airport Railway Terminus as well as construction of replacement ferry piers and air conditioning intake facilities. 3. West Kowloon Reclamation, Southern Area
Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter Reclamation and Reprovisioning of Waterfront Facilities Contract No. CV/91/02) - Reclamation of about 68 ha in the Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter.

1. Lantau Fixed Crossing - Kap Shui Mun
Bridge and Ma Wan Viaduct (Contract No. HY/91/19) - a bridge of 671 metres including side spans carrying road and rail traffic from Ma Wan to North Lantau. To be constructed on a design and build basis. The viaduct will link this bridge to the Tsing Ma bridge.
