Area Phase I (Contract No. UA5/90) – reclamation of about 38ha and constructon of 1700m of seawall adjacent to Tai Kok Tsui/Sham Shui Po to provide land for the West Kowloon Expressway, the airport railway and other developments as well as construction of replacement ferry piers and marine facilities including market and cargo-handling piers.
