Tenders
for the Tsing Ma Bridge were invited on a fixed
price, lump sum basis. Consortia were required bo submit
tenders on the basis of a full set of drawings and technical specifications prepared by the Government. They were allowed the Frendon to propose the method of supplying the suspension cables and the design and construction of the cable anchorages.
