(A) HYUNDAI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CO LTD (HYUNDAI) MODIFIED TENDER PRICE: HK DOLLARS 4,713 MILLION.

(B)

ANGLO-JAPANESE CONSTRUCTION JOINT VENTURE CANGLO- JAPANESE). MODIFIED TENDER PRICE: HK DOLLARS 7.144 MILLION.

(C) HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUM (HK INTERNATIONAL).

MODIFIED TENDER PRICE: HK DOLLARS 7,363 MILLION.

(D) LANTAU FIXED CROSSING INTERNATIONAL CALL-JAPANESE) MODIFIED TENDER PRICE: HK DOLLARS 10,960 MILLION.

12. TO BE GRANTED THE TSING MA BRIDGE CONTRACT, HYUNDAI, LIKE ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR, HAD TO ESTABLISH MINIMUM LEVELS OF WORKING AND EMPLOYED CAPITAL (HK DOLLARS 6,800,000 EACH) TO BE QUALIFIED FOR LISTING AS A GOVERNMENT APPROVED CONTRACTOR FOR PUBLIC WORKS.

13. HYUNDAI WAS ABLE TO MEET THESE CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF PREQUALIFICATION IN EARLY 1991, ON THE BASIS OF ITS UNAUDITED HALF-YEARLY ACCOUNTS TO JUNE 1990. HOWEVER, THE
