1. As indicated at Reference A above, the next meeting of the HKSC will be held on Thu 18 Feb 93, in Historic Room 24, Ministry of Defence, Main Building. The meeting will commence at 1000 hours and it is anticipated that it will conclude by 1230 hours. Coffee will be available at Historic Room 24 from 0940 hours.
2. The Agenda for the meeting is enclosed and any proposed additional agenda items should be notified to the HKSC Secretary by 4 Jan 93.
3. Members of the HKSC who are shown at the Agenda as lead speakers, or who intend to speak formally on agenda items, are requested to submit speaking notes or a summary of their statements to the Secretary on or in advance of 18 Feb 93, in order that they may be taken into account in the Minutes as appropriate.
