We are grateful to you for securing a place for an officer from Hong Kong to the 1993 RCDS course. To avoid confusion, I should perhaps mention that other than members of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, we have also considered nomiantions from the Administrative Service to the Course. In fact, quite a few senior members of the Service have attended the course before although members of the Police Force have been nominated in recent years. I hope that the College would retain the place for us in the 1993 Course if our nominee is an officer from the Administrative Service.
