PILOT AND MAINTENANCE TRAINING PROVISIONS

The Seller will provide the following maintenance training classes for the Government's organizational level (AVUM) maintenance personnel at the Government's facility in Hong Kong. All Maintenance and Flight training to be conducted in Hong Kong shall be conducted on the Helicopter (s) to be delivered hereunder, following delivery thereof and transfer of title thereto to the Government and at the Government's risk.

All courses will be presented to any combination of up to eight airframe mechanics, engine mechanics, or crew chiefs. Each class is limited to a maximum of eight students.
Before beginning practical maintenance training courses, students must have successfully completed the corresponding theory training.
All maintenance training will be conducted in the English language. Translators, if required, will be the responsibility of the Government.
Pilot Ground School training, which consists of a two-week pilot systems familiarization course will be provided by the Seller for six students at the Government's facilities in Hong Kong. Upon completion of the Pilot Ground School, each of the six pilots will receive up to .20 hours of flight training in the helicopter, which will include night and high-altitude flying. These students must be experienced twin engine-qualified helicopter pilots with good command and understanding of the English language.
