Seller shall further provide two (2) copies of the Data Package for the items of Equipment specified in Exhibit I with each S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter to be delivered hereunder.
The Seller shall provide the Government without charge with updates to the manuals referred to in paragraph (a) and (b) above for a period of two (2) years after delivery of such manuals." 8.1 Clause
Clause 11. ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE, subclause 11.01(a) is hereby amended by inserting after the words "West Palm Beach" in the first sentence the phrase "or Stratford, Connecticut facility, as applicable".

Clause 12. PROCEDURE FOLLOWING ISSUANCE OF ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE, subclause 12.01 is hereby amended by inserting the following sentence after the first sentence:
"On the issuance of an Acceptance Certificate for any S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter, the Seller shall forthwith, at its own cost, take all steps to properly package such S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter (including, where necessary, the dismantling of an Aircraft) and for the purpose of shipment of such S-70A-27 Utility Helicopter by surface freight at the Seller's own cost to the Government in Hong Kong.
