PAYMENT SCHEDULE
5-70A-27
The Seller and the Government agree that the Option Helicopter Contract Price shall be paid in accordance with the following payment schedule:

On the date the Government signs this Amendment No. 6 seventy percent
S-7 A-27 of the Open Helicopter Contract
Commencing November 1992 and ending approx. June 1993

Price is required as an advance payment, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Seller.
Upon delivery of S-70A spare parts and ground support equipment to the Government, thirty percent (30%) invoiced value is required as payment.
Upon delivery to and acceptance by the Government of the first S-70A Utility Helicopter in Stratford, Connecticut.
