Wartime Japanese Bank-Notes to today ́s Hong Kong currency at a fair exchange rate.
Now, we open the ugly side of the Japanese Government to the world, by telling the your nation that Japan refused to hor.our its Bank-Notes issued by the Japanese Treasurary and the Bank Of Japan. And it is our absolute right to demand the Japanese Government to refund our money.
to
Both the Canadian and American Governments have paid compensations
to the Japanese who were sent
concentration camps during the war. And the Japanese Government has continously pushing the Soviet Union to return to then its four Northern Islands. These are clear evidence showing how the Japanese Government plays a double standard. On one hand, the Japanese Government wants to claim what's lost during the war, on the other, she escape her responsiblity to repaid her fault and debt.
We, representing those Hong Kong citizens who held these Military and wartime Bank-Notes, would like to draw your attention to this issue. And we are asking you who believe in human justice to help us to get our refunds from the Japanese Government.
The Japanese Government keeps ignoring us for their responsibility is an insult to all the Chinese citizens in Hong Kong. We hope you will send us your view about our predecament, and we hope you will pass our urgent request to the Japanese Government to help us to redeem all our Military Bank-Notes and Wartime Japanese Bank-Notes.
