I enclose a copy of a letter sent to the Prime Minister by Mr Peter Wong, President of the above association and our draft reply.
As Mr Wong has written about the issue of safeguarding the pensions of Hong Kong civil servants in general, I would be grateful for your confirmation that the draft reply is acceptable. Given our deadlines here, please could you let us have your views by 0900 hours on 4 November?
