Nature of Power or Duty
To Issue a licence to import, export or possess scheduled species.
To obtain information on suspected animal, animal part and plant species.
To specify any forms used under this Ordinance.
To determine that a manufactured Ivory product Imported into or exported out of Hong Kong is a personal effect and not for the purpose of trade or business.
To determine that a dead specimen of any scheduled animal or of any scheduled animal part is for the purpose of scientific or educational study or for display in any museum.
