To establish or set up offices as may be deemed necessary and appoint officers under such styles as may be decided to be in charge of each office.
To appoint adjudicators (excluding the Chief Adjudicator and the Deputy Chief Adjudicator) of the Registration
of Persons Tribunal.
To determine the rates of remuneration for the Chief Adjudicator, Deputy Chief Adjudicator and other Adjudicators of the Registration of Persons Tribunal.
To direct, by order, that any land proposed for resumption in the scheme mentioned in section 5 shall be
resumed.
To revoke an order previously made
under s. 13(1).
To direct, by order, that easements or other permanent rights in, under or over land and rights of temporary occupation of land shall be created in favour of the Crown.
To include in the order made under
s. 15(1) such consequential and incidental provisions as appear necessary or expedient.
