states which are not reflected in
the Consular Relations Ordinance.
To grant exemption from payment of rates in respect of premises occupied by or on behalf of the U.K. Government or by its expatriate staff, provided that, where the premises are leased by its expatriate staff, a certificate is signed by the career head that the rents for these premises are pald (or reimbursed) by the U.K. Government and that the premises are not used for commercial
purposes.
To grant exemption from payment of rates in respect of premises leased by individual expatriate consular officers or employees of a sending state, not otherwise covered by bilateral conventions, provided that a certificate is signed by the career head of the consulate that the rents for these premises are paid (or reimbursed) by the sending state and that the premises are not used for commercial purposes.
To grant exemption from payment of rates in respect of premises occupied by or on behalf of Commonwealth Commissions or by their expatriate staff, provided that, where the premises are leased by their expatriate staff, a certificate is
