MPS Point 30 and above or equivalent.
To approve extension of service over the age of 55 up to the age of 60 for an officer filling an office with a maximum pay of
below Point 30 of the MPS, or equivalent.
To approve extension of service beyond the age of 60 for an officer filling an office with a maximum pay of below MPS Point 30, or equivalent.
To approve the amount of pensions to be drawn from general revenue where the total amount of mixed service pension exceeds two-thirds of the highest pensionable emoluments.
9(5) (111) To direct that increase in pensionable
emoluments during no pay leave be taken into account in pension computation.

To refuse to grant, cancel or reduce a pension or allowance, after considering the Public Service Commission's advice
(a) on account of wilful suppression of facts or ignorance of facts material to the grant of pension;
