Dear hord mackay,
You will now be aware that the above man is in the hospital
wing of Brixton prison. You will be equally aware that this is
my fourth letter, including the laying before you of serious, factual
prima facie evidence of corruption in the prosecution, on the matter
I am seriously concerned, and deeply worried. by the fact.
that neither you nor your office have seen fit to acknowledge
my letters to you. I am ignoring the discourtesy involved and am
concerned soley with the manner in which you and your office are
reacting to a matter of serious legal and public concern. It is
exceedingly difficult for even an informed member of the public
like myself, to establish exactly who has responsibility for what,
in this affair. Nonetheless, you are responsible for the judiciaty
and you have, as I understand it, a general overall responsibility
for the law as a whole. in particular, I would understand you to
have a clear concern, and some responsibility. for the balance in
the law between the constitutional principle that a person is
innocent until convicted, and the right of the prosecution to proceed,
in good faith, with a prosecution.
