I enclose a letter I have received from a Mr Kevin RAD Cahill, who is doing research on the Carrian case and who wants me to answer a number of questions.
I should welcome your advice and that of the Foreign Office, who may know something of the background.
I myself know nothing of the material Mr Cahill refers to and propose to reply simply that I have no information on the matters he raises and am unable to answer his questions.
