Cahill almost certainly found your name in the FCO list for the period in question. Your letter is one of many identical ones sent to various officials, (including eg Sir P Cradock, Sir A Acland, Sir J Coles and Sir R McLaren). I enclose a copy of the SEAD submission and the reply which issued. It has been agreed that any further copies of this Cahill letter which find their way back here will simply be acknowledged by SEAD. They have acknowledged your copy of the letter and there is no further action required on your part. Further correspondence from this troublesome individual should be handled similarly.
