exactly what it should contain. I understood
that you were asking for rather more than junt
a selection of documents that are contained in
the present bundles, and that you are wanting
to see all correspondence that has passed
between Bow Street Magistrates Court and the
Home Office, and between the Hong Kong
Government and the Foreign Office. In
considering this question, I would remind you
that we had an application before McCullough
J. for disclosure; this was withdrawn on the
basis of an assurance that all had been
