I have received your letter, I am in charge of the interests of RAIS SANIMAN,
The situation in France at the moment is very clear.The foreign office has to tak Decree to authorize or not the extradition of RAIS saniman, this decrec has to taken, according to me in August or September.This Decree must be notified to R SANIMAN,personnally then he can appeal of this decision before the Conseil d'ét have téléphoned to the secretary of the CE who told me that this matter can be judį in 6th month minimum, but probably in one year or more than that.It depends in fact the difficulty of the case, this case being difficult, the Conseil d'état would judge t RAIS SANIMAN's case in one year or more.
