today, that the BMFL trial could coincide with proceedings relating to the prosecution of Mr TAN in respect of
the West LB matters.
In the circumstances, the Attorney
General is prepared to accede to the request made by Mr TAN's advisors that the West LB charges (ie those before this Court today) be deferred until the BMFL trial is concluded..
There being no power in this Court to adjourn Sine Die, I ask that these charges be adjourned for twelve months.
