Notwithstanding the above. I have formed the view that it is necessary

in the public interest that the said documents be withheld from production in these proceedings in that they fall within one or more of the classes of documents set out in paragraph 3 above. I also object to all evidence being given, whether orally or otherwise, as to the contents of any of the said documents.

In addition, I have formed the view that it is necessary in the public interest that the documents numbered 6, 8, 17, 30, 35, 50 and 55 in Schedule A be withheld from production in these proceedings because by reason of their contents their disclosure would be likely to have a prejudicial effect on the United Kingdom's bilateral relations with Malaysia.
