It may well be open to my client Department to contemplate some form of proceedings to restrain the further use of this document, but this is an entirely separate matter and I do not think that the Order of the Divisional Court has any bearing such consideration.
Perhaps you would be good enough to pass a copy of this letter to the Attorney General's Chambers, Hong Kong, to inform them of my views.
