DESCRIPTION OF RELEVANT OFFENCES IN DESIGNATED COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES OR THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Murder of any degree.

This Order extends the provisions of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967
to Hong Kong subject to exceptions. adaptations and modifications and repeals the Fugitive Offenders Act 1881 and certain other enact- ments as respects Hong Kong.
