1. I attach the latest print-outs for the Departments under your supervision. They contain all the information available to this Unit as of 1 February 1991. Any discrepancies in the accuracy the information should be reported, by Departmental Monitoring Officers, to Paul Dryden in Room 2/89, (210-6044), Old Admiralty Buildings, quoting Journey Number and name of traveller.
2. As this financial year is coming to an end, I recommend that any forward purchases for April/May 1991 should reach Thomas in Matthew Parker Street by the 28th February at the latest.After this date we can not guarantee the charges financial year.
