TRAVEL CENTRE PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRES
Thank you for your assistance in taking time to complete the questionnaires which are despatched with tickets issued by Travel centre.
The forms are all studied and taken extremely seriously by both PSD and ourselves. All observations and comments are investigated, whether they concern the service provided by Travel Centre, the airline etc involved, or indeed FCO travel policies.
During the Gulf War, there was considerable criticism regarding the long check-in periods quoted on itineraries, which at Heathrow sometimes extended to three hours. Some officers were told on checking in that they could have arrived later at the airport. I am sorry for those who were inconvenienced, but all the guidance we gave to travellers was based (and regularly updated) on the information provided by the airlines.
