VISA ARRANGEMENTS FOR HONG KONG PASSPORT HOLDERS
As discussed, I am pleased to enclose as requested a list of countries which permit visa free entry for Hong Kong passport holders. This has been faxed to me by the Hong Kong Government.
In addition negotiations have started between the Hong Kong Government and Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia to implement visa waiver arrangements by an exchange of notes.
