ARTICLE .0
(1)
This Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30)
days after the date on which the Governments have
notified each othe: in writing that their
respective requirements for entry into force of
this Agreement have been complied with.
(2)
Each Government may terminate the Agreement by
giving notice to the other. In the case of
termination this Agreement shall cease to have
effect ninety (90) days after receipt of the
notice of terminate.
In witness whereof the undersigned, being duly authorised
by their respective Governments, have signed this
Agreement.
