ARTICLE 7
The Government of X may refuse permission to
enter and stay in X to holders o requisite travel
documents considered by tha: Government to be
undesirable. The Governmen: of llong Kong may similarly
refuse permission to enter and stay in Hong Kong to X
passport holders [and

ARTICLE 3
Each Government shall readmit at the request of
the other and without forma:ity, in the case of Hong Kong
any holder of a requisite travel document, and in the case
of X any X passport holder [and ........] who does not
fulfil or no longer fulfils the conditions of entry or
stay applied by the requesting Government, provided that
it is established that that person is entitled to hold the
passport concerned.
ARTICLE !
Either Government may with the exception of
Article 8 temporarily suspend the foregoing prov: sions in
whole or in part for reasons of public order. Such
suspension shall be notified immediately to the ther
Government and take effect upon ruceint.
