I submit for Lord Caithness' approval the latest list of British Undertakings approved by the Advisory Group on 20 February, as reported in BTC telno 62.
2. Mr Heap has expressed the hope that we and DTI might be able to consider these names quickly in order that a further supplementary list of Undertakings could be published before the 28 February deadline. The names look alright to us and the DTI are running a rapid check at Companies House in respect of those who have claims to a connection with a British registered company. In the interests of speed Lord Caithness may wish to approve the list subject to the
DTI's researches.

Mr Sainsbury has said that unless the Advisory Committee deviate in any way from the established procedure set out
for making recommendations for British Undertakings, he does not expect to be asked to "approve" any future lists. merely undertakes to "note" them.
