I have re-checked the status of Wimpey Ashphalt. They are 80% owned by Wimpey Investment Company (incorporated in Hong Kong) who in turn are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wimpey PLC. should therefore remain on list C.
They
Wimpey Investment and a couple of other Wimpey Companies that have come to light will be considered at the next committee meeting.
Grateful if as usual, a copy of this fax could be passed to the FCO to remind them we await their endorsement before forwarding the names to the Governor.
