BILL FROM JORDAN AND SONS FOR SEARCHES IN CONNECTION WITH BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS
As explained in your note I have completed the two forms in respect of the attached bill from Jordan and Sons.

2. I also enclose an exchange of telegrams with Hong Kong on this subject which gave authority for us to spend £13 for each search. As it turns out the company have not charged for all 53 companies as they could not find some. The figure is still well within the authorised amount. I trust this is sufficient for your records but if not please let me know.
3. I am also writing to the Hong Kong Government to let them know tha they will be debitted this amount in due
course.
